This programme mirrors Jonathan Dove's exploration of the seasonal year with the liturgical calendar, enveloping his song-cycle, The Passing of the Year, with a collection of sacred works for each Feast. ORA Singers has commissioned Tom Coult and Emily Pedersen to write reflections on the Lassus and Byrd featured in this programme, while Broadcaster Katie Derham will guide us through the changing seasons with a selection of poems.

ORA Singers bring one of their trademark programmes to Germany, as they make their debut at the Thüringer Bachwochen Festival in Erfurt. Miserere celebrates
Allegri's famous masterpiece of the same title, pairing it with MacMillan's contemporary setting of the text, in a programme mixing other renaissance gems with pieces from the very best of today's contemporary composers.

Presented by Quilter Cheviot, ORA Singers perform a special concert to mark the 80th Anniversary of the liberation of Jersey. For this one-time programme, ORA has commissioned the critically-acclaimed Polish composer, Paweł Łukaszewski to write a piece reflecting the poignant text of Dietrich Bonhoeffer, Prayer in the time of distress.
